In 2005, Joshua joined the leadership team at Church of the Highlands in Birmingham, Alabama—one of the largest and fastest-growing multi-site organizations in the country. During his time there, he gained extensive experience in managing complex operations, scaling systems for growth, and coaching high-capacity leaders.
Joshua is passionate about helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. He serves as a coach and mentor through national leadership networks, where he works with leaders across industries to develop strategies for growth, improve team culture, and achieve sustainable success.
In 2014, he returned to his hometown to launch and lead a thriving organization, onehopechurch.com, dedicated to making a positive impact in the New Orleans area. He, his wife Amber, and their two children are committed to serving their community and equipping others to lead with purpose and excellence.
